Nose Reshaping Surgery - Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty is performed to alter the shape and size of your nose to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing nose. Nasal Implants
Nasal implants can be used in conjunction with, or in lieu of, rhinoplasty. Made of silicone or Gore-tex®, nasal implants come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. They are inserted through incisions made within the nostrils, eliminating the need for an external incision. This procedure is ideal for patients with flat, uneven, or disproportionate noses who seek a more prominent, smooth, natural looking profile. The procedure by which nasal implants are placed is safe and effective, and does not leave any scars.
Ear Reshaping Surgery – Otoplasty
For patients with oversized or protruding ears, Dr. Harper can perform otoplasty surgery to resculpt the shape of ears, set back prominent ears by modifying the cartilage, or removing fat and tissue to reduce the size of large ears. This procedure is commonly referred to as ear pinning and can be performed on both children and adults with outstanding results. Parent may choose for their children undergo otoplasty to avoid teasing from other children about the shape or position of their ears. All incisions are well hidden behind the ear so that there is little to no visible scarring after otoplasty.
