Pre Operation	Markings

Explanation of Pre Operative markings: Nipple positioned 2 ½ cms below inframammary fold (lower central horizontal line). Nipple to be raised 2 ½ cms above fold (upper central horizontal line) ie 5cm elevation. New nipple and areola site marked. Nipple will be 5 cms diameter as marked. All skin between the marked lines on the breasts will be removed tightening and firming the breasts. No breast tissue will be removed keeping all volume.

Results Post Operation Resultant scars at one month – placed in inframammary fold 10cm long, not seen medially (cleavage) or lateral chest wall – vertical scar 5cms and around nipple. With sun exposure and four months time will be skin colour.
