NODULAR ULCERATING (BCC) - SKIN CANCER
This is a type of skin cancer which is an abnormal growth of skin cells, occurring in fair skin people who have been exposed to too much sun. Appearance is a raised smooth greyish clear lump slowly growing on the face and ears over 4 to 8 months. The surface Surgery excising the tumour with 3 to 3mm clearance then repair of the wound by various techniques as discussed below.
